Introduction

PERFORMANCE PARTNERS-MD was founded based on the work, experience and expertise of Michael DiSciullo.   Launched in September of 2009, the genesis came from discussions with many friends, local executives and business owners over a six month period.  After leaving Citigroup in February of 2009, his intention was to become a small business owner by finding an existing company with an owner that wanted an exit strategy and/or a partner to help turn around performance.  Through this exploration he realized that he could have a greater impact and gain more personal satisfaction by lending his expertise to help others execute performance turnarounds for their respective organizations.  Throughout his career Michael has successfully adapted to varied businesses, functional groups and industry segments.  His recent work history includes several examples where he entered organizations that were underperforming and by partnering with the existing management team, was able to significantly improve results over a short period of time.
